Mark has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and MBA in Management from Angelo State University at San Angelo Texas.
Mark has been a hospital administrator and a risk manager at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo Texas. Mark was a partner in a risk management consulting firm JMark Associates LLP. He was a risk manager for the City of San Angelo and Tom Green County. Mark was also an assistant city manager for the city of San Angelo, Texas. While at the city of San Angelo, Mark started and implemented one of the first employee health clinics and pharmacy programs in the public sector in Texas.
Mark was a consultant for Carehere before he joined the City of Fort Worth.
Trisha Sqrow

Trisha Sqrow is a Vice President with Marsh Advisory’s Strategic Risk Consulting Practice, affiliated with the Dallas office. Trisha is a global thought leader in the area of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Safety Management System (SMS), and Organizational Resiliency Planning (ORP). She brings nearly 20 years of experience, developing and implementing comprehensive risk management, safety, business continuity, and crisis management programs, with a focus around integrated, risk-based, decision-making. Trisha is skilled in developing programs that drive strategic results by mitigating risk while optimizing opportunities.
Trisha joined Marsh in 2022. She previously held senior leadership roles for major global public entities where she was the chief architect of the organization’s ERM, SMS, and ORP programs, winning awards for her work. She collaborated with departments across the organization to identify and assess risk to the business and strategy, following through by developing and implementing plans to mitigate key risks and optimizing opportunities. She also played a significant role in the pandemic response for COVID-19. Trisha is a frequent speaker and thought leader in ERM, SMS, and ORP, having previously held leadership roles with industry trade groups. She is currently a member of the RIMS Strategic and Enterprise Risk Management Council.
Roma Rishi

Roma Rishi is an accomplished risk technology sales and service professional. As a Sales Executive at Origami Risk, Roma works to build relationships with potential clients with the goal of better understanding their business needs and conveying Origami’s ability to meet the specific challenges their organizations face.
In her previous role as a Service Delivery Manager at Origami, Roma was responsible for planning system implementations and leading a team of client executives who provided ongoing client support.
Prior to joining Origami in 2017, Roma oversaw large, complex technology programs as a Program Manager at USG Corporation. Before that, she worked at Marsh ClearSight, where she held various roles including the management of product delivery and implementations.
Roma earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from DePaul University. In addition to obtaining a Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute, she is a Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner and is also certified in Change Management.
