The Origami Learning Center will provide access to an on-demand, self-service content library where clients can access various courses, earn badges, and receive certifications as proficient users of our product. The course library will feature interactive e-learning modules covering a variety of relevant topics. Each course is carefully constructed using a proven adult-learning framework where learners follow the “read it, see it, and try it” model. After earning badges for each course, users can decide when they are ready to take the final exam to achieve an Origami Risk certification.
Our first certification, available in 2024, will be the Origami Risk System Administrator certification, where you will learn to:

Q: Is there a difference between the Origami Help Center and the Origami Learning Center?
A: Yes! The Origami Help Center is our free, online help and release note documentation repository with knowledge articles and will be the home for our release notes. As stated above, the Learning Center will be a library of e-learning video courses and badges you can earn dedicated to teaching you how to use the system with the option to take a final certification exam after completing each course and badge. To put it one way, the Help Center is your "textbook" to supplement the Learning Center courses and exams.
Q: Once it's launched in 2024, how can clients access the Learning Center?
A: After our 2024 launch, to gain access to the Learning Center course content you will need to purchase an annual subscription and define which users from your organization that will have access. Once the Learning Center is available, please contact your Account Manager/Executive to move forward.
Q: Do I have to complete all courses and badges to take the Certification Exam?
A: Yes. If you are looking to become certified you will need to complete all badges prior to registering for the Certification Exam. The certification Exam will be an additional fee charged at the time of registration.
Q: Do I have to take the badges and courses in any specific order?
A: No, you do not need to complete them in any particular order.
Q: How long does it take to complete a badge?
A: It varies. Each badge comes with a set number of courses you have to take in order to earn the badge. Our courses average a run time of 30 minutes, so depending on the number of courses in a badge - that will tell you the estimated amount of time it will take to complete that badge.
Q: When should we expect more certification offerings?
A: We are continuing to build content for the Learning Center and expect to have quarterly releases beginning in the Spring of 2024. Keep an eye out on your inbox for updates related to new content moving forward!
