1. Overview
These Consumption Pricing Terms (“Terms“) govern how the Origami Risk entity that is party to the corresponding Order Form (“Origami“) measures and charges for the consumption-based products, services and features identified in the Order Form (each, a “Consumption Feature“). These Terms are incorporated by reference into the Order Form and the underlying Software Subscription Agreement or other operative agreement between Origami and Client (collectively, the “Agreement“). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.
2. Key Definitions
“Add-On Bundle” means one or more additional Consumption Units for a specific Consumption Feature that increases the Contracted Allocation for that Consumption Feature each Metering Period. The number of Consumption Units in an Add-On Bundle varies by Consumption Feature. Add-On Bundles shall be non-cancelable for the term of the Order Form.
“Baseline Allocation” means the number of Consumption Units allocated to Client per Metering Period for each Consumption Feature under the applicable Order Form for such Consumption Feature.
“Consumption Table” means the then-current list of Consumption Features, their Consumption Units, and quantities per Overage Bundle and/or Add-On Bundle, available at origamirisk.com/serviceterms/consumptionfeatures/table.
“Consumption Unit” means the applicable unit of measurement for a given Consumption Feature (e.g., user, workflow, data feed, portal, tenant, GB, token, message, call), as set forth in the Consumption Table.
“Contracted Allocation” means the total number of Consumption Units allocated to Client per Metering Period for a specific Consumption Feature under its Baseline Allocation and any purchased Add-On Bundle(s) for that Consumption Feature.
“Metering Period” means the measurement interval for consumption of each Consumption Feature, as set forth in the Consumption Table, unless otherwise set forth in an Order Form.
“Overage Bundle” means one or more additional Consumption Units for a specific Consumption Feature that is charged when Client’s consumption of a Consumption Features exceeds the applicable Contracted Allocation for that Consumption Feature in any Metering Period. The number of Consumption Units in an Overage Bundle varies by Consumption Feature.

Origami may update these Terms and the Consumption Features Table by posting revised versions online. For changes that materially reduce functionality or materially increase Consumption Feature costs, Origami will provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice via the administrative portal or email to Client’s designated administrative contact.
