Origami AI Pricing Schedule 

Version 1.0; Effective Date: May 18, 2026 

  1. Introduction
    This Origami AI Pricing Schedule (the “Pricing Schedule”) explains and governs the consumption pricing and billing model applicable to Client’s access to and use of Origami AI(as defined below). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in that certain Software Subscription Agreement or other operative agreement between the applicable Origami Risk entity (“Origami”) and the applicable client or customer (“Client”), including any Advanced Features Addendum (the “Addendum”) and AI Terms and Conditions (“AI Terms”) (collectively, as amended, the “Agreement”).
  2. Definitions 
    1. Add-On Bundle” means a bundle of additional Tokens that Client may purchase on a subscription basis to increase its Baseline Allocation for use in each Metering Period.  Add-On Bundles must be purchased through the execution of a separate Order Form.    
    2. AI Feature” means a specific Origami AI capability identified in the AI Feature Table.   
    3. AI Features Schedule” means the AI Features Schedule available here: www.origamirisk.com/serviceterms/aifeatures, as may be updated from time to time.   
    4. “Baseline Allocation” means the total number of Tokens that are allocated to Client for use in each Metering Period at any point in time, which includes any Tokens initially allocated to Client and any additional Tokens purchased as part of an Add-On Bundle.  
    5. Metering Period” means each month during the Term of the Agreement beginning on the monthly anniversary of the Agreement effective date, to be measured from 00:00:00 of the first day of the month through 23:59:59 of the final day of the month, platform time zone.  For example, if the effective date of an Agreement was January 14th, each Metering Period shall run from the 14th of a month to the 13th of the following month.   
    6. Origami AI” shall have the meaning set forth in the AI Terms. 
    7. Overage Bundle” means one or more bundle(s) of Overage Tokens that Client is required to purchase once Client consumes Tokens in excess of its Baseline Allocation in any Metering Period. Currently, each Overage Bundle includes 2,000 Overage Tokens. 
    8. Overage Tokens” means the number of Tokens consumed by Client in any Metering Period in excess of Client’s Baseline Allocation. 
    9. Pricing Schedule” means this Origami AI Pricing Schedule and any future version of this Origami AI Pricing Schedule, as it may be changed from time to time, that is posted on the Portal. 
    10. Portal” means Origami’s Enhanced Administration Portal, which is expected to launch on or around June 29, 2026. 
    11. Token” means a unit of Origami AI compute usage as measured by the underlying Origami AI model(s) used to provide the applicable AI Feature. 
  3. Consumption Model  
    1. Token‑Metered Usage. Usage of Origami AI is metered by Tokens consumed.  Origami shall track Client’s consumption of Tokens from use of AI Feature(s).  Origami’s calculation and records regarding the number of Tokens consumed by Client shall be final, binding, and determinative for all purposes under this Agreement. 
    2. Baseline Allocation. Each Metering Period, Client may consume up to the number of Tokens included in its Baseline Allocation without any additional fees or charges for consumption of such Tokens (other than the cost of any Add-On Bundle(s) purchased to increase the Baseline Allocation).   
    3. Overage Tokens. If Client consumes Overage Tokens in any Metering Period, Client will be charged for one or more Overage Bundles based on the number of Overage Tokens consumed during each Metering Period.  For example, if Overage Bundles include 2,000 Overage Tokens each and Client consumed 5,000 Overage Tokens in any Metering Period, then Origami will then invoice Client for three (3) Overage Bundles.   
    4. No Rollover. Unused Tokens in any Metering Period do not roll over to subsequent Metering Periods and have no cash value.  Unused Tokens are forfeited upon expiration or termination of the Agreement. 
    5. Reporting. Origami will provide Token consumption and metering dashboards in the Portal showing Client’s Token consumption during each applicable Metering Period.   
    6. Client Control.  Clients are not obligated to use Origami AI.  Usage of Origami AI and consumption of Tokens is solely within the control and discretion of Clients.   
  4. Current AI Features
    The current AI Features, including descriptions and the current Token debit per use for each AI Feature, is available at the AI Features Schedule available here: www.origamirisk.com/serviceterms/aifeatures (the “AI Features Schedule”).The AI Features Schedule is subject to change from time to time as set forth in Sections 5 and 8 below. 
  5. Future AI Features
    Origami may introduce additional AI Features, models, and enhancements from time to time. New AI Features will be listed with descriptions and Token debits or other applicable fee structure in the then-current AI Features Schedule. 
  6. Bundles 
    1. Add-On Bundles. Clients may elect to increase their Baseline Allocation of Tokens through the purchase of one or more Add-On Bundles, which are sold on a subscription basis.  Such purchases can be made through Client’s designated Origami account representative and require execution of an Order Form.   
    2. Overage Bundles. Following the end of each Metering Period, Origami will determine whether Client’s Token usage in such Metering Period exceeded its Baseline Allocation of Tokens and requires the purchase of one or more Overage Bundles, which shall be billed and invoices as set forth in Section 7 below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Origami will not begin billing Client for Overage Bundles until the next Metering Period begins in the month following the month in which Client first has access to its Portal account.       
    3. Metering Period Dates.  Metering Periods and any related billing shall be based on actual contract effective dates and not on calendar month dates.   
    4. Changes to Bundles. Origami may update the pricing and number of Tokens included in Add-On Bundles and Overage Bundles from time to time; provided, however, that such changes shall not affect Add-On Bundles already purchased for the remaining term of such Add-On Bundles.  
  7. Billing and Invoicing 
    1. Add-On Bundle Billing.  Billing and invoicing details for any Add-On Bundles shall be set forth in a separate Order Form to be agreed to by the parties.   
    2. Overage Bundle Billing. Overage Bundles for each Metering Period are billed in arrears at Origami’s then-current standard rates and invoiced twice a year on each six (6) month anniversary of the Agreement’s effective date, as determined by Origami.  Such invoices are due and payable in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the Agreement and remain due and payable even if the underlying Agreement expires or is otherwise terminated.   
    3. Taxes. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be invoiced as required by law. 
    4. Visibility. Client will have access to Token consumption detail in the Portal sufficient for invoice reconciliation (e.g., by AI Features, by Metering Period, Baseline Allocation, Overage Token Usage, etc.). 
  8. Updates
    1. Online Updates. Origami may modify this Pricing Schedule by posting an updated Pricing Schedule to the Portal.  
    2. Notice. For changes that materially reduce functionality or materially increase AI Feature Token debits, the price of Overage Bundles, or the number of Tokens included in Overage Bundles, or the applicable Origami AI fee structure, Origami will provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice via the Portal and/or email to Client’s designated contacts. Removing or adding AI Features shall not require such prior notice.
