Today, we’re going to show you how to leverage the new improvements to streamline your values collection process. I’m joined by Jenny Anderson, market strategy lead at Origami Risk, who will walk us through how this can be accomplished with Origami’s Remisk solution. Jenny has over fifteen years of experience delivering innovative business solutions. We’ll be answering some q and a after the showcase, so enter any questions you have into the chat box along the way. If we don’t if we don’t get to the question at the end, we will follow-up with you. And with that, let’s take a look at values collection with Jenny. Thanks so much for that introduction, Sharon. Values collection is a breeze in origami. Clients using our modern application to collect data have reported a significant reduction in time spent, and they’ve seen major increases in efficiency. We’ve heard from clients who have shaved weeks off of their process. Lately, we’ve been hard at work making the tool even better, reimagining the intake and review process within Origami and creating a more centralized and user friendly experience for assignees and managers. Origami has created greater visibility into the progress of the collection campaigns and made it simple and intuitive to create and manage assignments, automate notifications and reminders, and see real time progress from the top down with drillable metric cards and analytics. Let’s take a look at some of our recent improvements. Today, I’ll begin my journey on the values collection dashboard, a landing page that I’ve configured to show me current and recent location data trends. Here, I can see today’s to do list, glance at notifications and reports that need reviewing, and as we scroll down, I can see the status of my active campaign. Origami’s dashboards are completely configurable for your business needs. So whether you like to see current or historic data, we provide you the opportunity to organize and format widgets just the way you’d like, whether that’s a bar graph, a pie chart, a counter, or even an interactive map. Now let’s drill down into our campaign and see what’s going on. My current campaign is underway, and I’ve got a lot of open assignments out there. I can quickly send emails or update statuses if I need to. Clicking on any one of these metric cards will allow me to drill down into the list further, or I can simply toggle on not complete if I’d like. If I prefer a top down view of assignees, emails, or logs, I can do that here. Clicking on assignees shows me how my workload is distributed and allows me to have a better look at everyone’s productivity. The logs here show me another view of the data. For example, in this view, I can see where modifications have been requested, or I can quickly scroll through and see the comments that have been left so far. If I’d like to see what a particular assignee has going on, I can simply click on their name and get a top down view of their status, like the locations that they’re responsible for, how many they’ve completed. If I need to reassign their workload or send a more personalized email, I can do that from here. Like before, I can also click on not complete and filter that list down. Here, I can see the logs, any emails that have been sent so far, and so on. Let’s take a look at this through the eyes of the assignee. They’ll have a similar view of their progress and can also quickly and easily update their data and move through their assignments. Clicking on a pending record shows me the data that the assignee would see, and this is where I would update any values that I need to or save it as completed. Origami will move the assignee through the rest of their open assignments. If the assignee attempts to save something that doesn’t quite look right or requires a comment, Origami can notify them. Assignees can also save things for later and come back to them. This process is just as streamlined and simple for them as it is for you, and if they need to, they can reassign their workload. Gone are the days of chasing people down with spreadsheets, emails, and phone calls. Now you can see how an organization might shave several hundred hours off of their existing process. Once your values are updated and your campaign is complete, you can get on with your day job and continue to work on the other pressing and high priority objectives that you’ve got. Your dynamic reports and dashboards will reflect the up to date data, and you’ll be all set for next year. So if you’re not already using our tools or you’d like to increase your efficiency with your current workflows, go ahead and reach out to your account representative to learn more about Origami’s value collection tools and processes. Thanks so much, Jenny. That was a great demo. We’ll be jumping into our q and a now. Our first question is, can you show the assignee of the prior year’s values when they are updating this year’s? Actually, we can do that. Yep. Our intake forms are configurable. So if you’d like, you can show the prior year’s values, and this makes reporting easier and definitely more accurate. Wonderful. Alright. Looks like we have a second question, and that is, is there a way to flag values that exceed a certain thrust threshold of change or notify managers when something needs to be reviewed? You bet. You can set thresholds that will flag records where the value input exceeds the prior year’s value, let’s say. Those rules and the parameters are configurable by you. Most of our clients are doing something like that, actually. Similarly, you can require a review of values that are input if you wish, and this allows you to have an additional check after that entry user submits their data. Cool. That’s great news. And we have another question coming in. It says, do values reporters need to be named users? Origami has a special license type for values collection already, so you can talk to your account representative to learn more. But, no, we don’t require that all input users have their own user license, especially if all they’re doing is entering values once per year. You can have a mix of named users and anonymous users for values collection campaigns. Okay. And it looks like we have a couple more questions. Is there a way to save progress and come back to the collection forms if a user needs to stop and start? Yes. We do have an option to either save for later as well as the option to save as complete for each of these forms. So those users won’t lose their progress. Alright. And it looks like one last quest question coming in. Can the person or receiver who is being asked to complete the data reassign the request if they are no longer in that role? Yes. They can reassign either individually or in bulk, and so can the administrators of the campaign. Alright. Well, thank you, Jenny, for your time. That’s all the time we’ll take from your busy schedule today. We will follow-up, with an email with the recording and related resources for today’s solution showcase. So thank you for your, attention and your time, and hope everyone has a wonderful day. Thank you, Sharon.
