Thomas Wrobel joins Origami Risk as a Senior Technical Consultant on the insurance carrier team. In this role, Thomas is responsible for all aspects of system implementation and the ongoing support of clients.
Prior to joining Origami, Thomas worked at a technical support company, where he was responsible for providing technical support to over 4,000 locations nationwide and maintaining the knowledge base used by tech support staff when troubleshooting client issues. At a summer internship with Avant Healthcare in 2015, Thomas worked in regression testing, tech support, and client media management. During the internship, he was involved in pioneering the use of a new regression testing software for his team.
Thomas graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Informatics and a minor in Business.
