As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Origami Risk, Matthew Aviles is responsible for planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.
Prior to joining Origami Risk, Matthew managed the Talent Acquisition team at Kemper Insurance from 2014-2019, where he led process improvement initiatives and recruiting system implementations. For much of 2019-2020 he built new recruiting programs for some of the largest and most recognized consumer brands in the world.
Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. He also holds the AIRS Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter certification.
