Product Marketing Specialist
Emily Wengel is a skilled professional with years of experience in product development, business analysis, and market research. As a Product Marketing Specialist at Origami Risk, Emily works to translate the value of the Core product to the sales teams and clients.
Prior to joining Origami Risk, Emily worked as a product owner at Evolent Health.There, she launched a number of programs and features, including a tool to identify patient risk using daily data feeds. At Health box, she launched and managed a research product aimed at helping healthcare systems understand new digital health technologies. She also worked at Silicon Valley Bank, where she served as a subject matter expert on the digital health space, co-authoring industry reports and conducting valuations on over a hundred companies. Emily started her career as a business analyst at a biotech startup fund BioMotiv, where she worked on fundraising decks to demonstrate the business model to potential investors and investment memos to evaluate new therapeutic opportunities.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from University of Pennsylvania.
