Elizabeth Dubois

Program Manager

Elizabeth Dubois is a skilled, senior-level professional with extensive experience in SaaS implementations, relationship management, project management, and system conversions. She brings over 14 years of experience delivering technology solutions across an array of clients and industries, including enterprise clients and working with our nation’s largest insurance brokers. As a Program Manager at Origami Risk, she is responsible for managing all aspects of implementation and delivering innovative risk management solutions for clients, including system configuration, ongoing support, and client services.

Prior to joining Origami, Elizabeth started her career at Mercer, where she held various positions of increasing responsibilities, including Quality Assurance Lead, Client Implementation Manager, and Enterprise Project Manager. Her experience at Mercer included leading the implementation of large enterprise clients and large-scale projects for Mercer’s largest outsourcing clients, as well as onsite project management in a consulting capacity. Elizabeth led client implementations through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. She also implemented project governance strategies. Following Mercer, Elizabeth joined Maxwell Health, a startup where, as a Strategic, Account Manager, she delivered benefits and human resource technology platform to the nation’s leading benefit advisors with a focus on adoption and business process improvement.

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Johnson & Wales University. She is currently working on obtaining the ARM certification.
